Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 11 October 2026. These terms apply to Forever Pet Gallery's custom portrait service, operated as Forever Pet Gallery. Contact [email protected]. Mailing address: Forever Pet Gallery, 213 Tierra Verde Lane, Panama City Beach, FL 32407, United States.

Eligibility and your photographs

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You must own or have permission to submit your photographs and authorize their processing to create and print your portraits. Upload photographs of a single pet without identifiable people.

AI-created artwork

Portraits are generated with AI. Results can contain inaccuracies and are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, or identical to your photographs. Review the likeness carefully. Standard portraits do not include wings, halos, or other symbolic additions.

Permitted use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to bypass provider restrictions. Do not attempt to access other customers' galleries, extract API credentials, resell the underlying API service, or use outputs to develop a competing AI model. Use of the AI functionality is also subject to the applicable restrictions in the Higgsfield API terms.

Prices and orders

Final prices, discounts, shipping, and taxes appear before payment. Bundle savings apply to one of each selected style: 10% for two, 15% for three, and 25% for four. Payment is processed by the payment provider selected at our WooCommerce checkout. An unpaid order is not released to production.

Artwork approval and printing

Your approval applies to the selected artwork versions, sizes, and frame finishes. We also review print readiness. Production starts only after payment and both approvals. Changes after production starts may no longer be possible.

Delivery and remedies

Delivery times depend on the product, production location, and carrier. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless expressly agreed. Contact support for damaged or incorrect items. The refund policy forms part of these terms and does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Service limitations

Provider outages can delay generation or delivery. We and our technology providers do not warrant that AI output will be error-free, unique, or suitable without review. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
