Refund & Revision Policy

Let's get the portrait right.

You can review your four previews before making a purchase. If the likeness or a style detail needs attention, request a revision in your private gallery before approving a print.

Revisions

Tell us exactly what to adjust. We review requests individually; we do not promise an unlimited number of generations. Any charge for additional work must be agreed before that work starts.

Cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that have not been released to production can be reviewed for cancellation. Once manufacturing begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

Contact us with your order reference and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue with our print partner and explain the available replacement or refund remedy. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

Personalized products

Change-of-mind returns for personalized products may be restricted where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect rights for faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming goods, or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. The time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise a fixed clearing date.
