If a portrait needs an adjustment, a private link is missing, or you have a question about an order, we're here to help.

Email [email protected]. Include your order reference or gallery request ID if you have one. Please do not send payment-card details.

For portrait revisions

Open your private gallery and choose “Request a revision” below the portrait. Describe the detail you want us to review, such as a coat marking, ear shape, or background tone.

For delivery updates

Your private order page shows the latest supplier status and any tracking links. Visit Track your order to open it.
