Is it free to see my portraits?
Yes. No payment is required to preview the four AI-created portraits. You only pay if you choose to order framed artwork.
Will the portrait still look like my pet?
Our generation prompts use your photographs to preserve markings, coat patterns, ear shape, and facial features. AI can make mistakes, so review every preview carefully and request a revision before approving a print.
Do I need an AI or Higgsfield account?
No. Forever Pet Gallery pays for portrait generation through its server integration. You only need your photographs and an email address.
Can I celebrate a living pet?
Absolutely. These portraits are for all the companions we love—those beside us now and those we remember.
When will my portraits be ready?
We process portraits in the background and email you when all four have completed. Processing time varies with provider availability and demand. You can close the page and return using your private link.
Can I buy more than one style?
Yes. Two portraits receive 10% off, three receive 15% off, and four receive 25% off the eligible artwork subtotal, before shipping and taxes.
What if something needs changing?
Use the revision request in your gallery to describe a likeness or style detail. We review the request before creating a new version. Additional revision charges, if any, must be agreed before work begins.
How are my photographs kept private?
Originals and finished files are stored privately. Your gallery uses a secret access token. Preview images are reduced and watermarked. Please keep the gallery link private.
How long will my gallery remain available?
The standard gallery access period is 90 days. Original source photographs are scheduled for deletion after 30 days once generation is complete. Active orders may require longer retention. Contact us if you need help before expiry.
Will you add wings, halos, or memorial symbols?
We do not add memorial symbolism to the standard styles. Rainbow Bridge uses peaceful natural light and a restrained background.
Can I return a personalized portrait?
Please read our refund and revision policy. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items are reviewed individually, and statutory consumer rights remain in place.
