Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026. This policy describes how Forever Pet Gallery processes information needed to create portraits and fulfill orders. Contact [email protected] with questions or privacy requests.

Information we use

We collect uploaded pet photographs, your pet's name, email address, optional dedication and dates, selected artwork, and order details. Billing and shipping details are shared with the ecommerce and print providers. Card details are processed through Stripe or Whop at checkout and are not stored by this application.

Our service providers

We use Higgsfield for AI image creation, Cloudflare R2 for private image storage, Postal or Resend for transactional email, Mautic for optional reminder preferences, WooCommerce and Stripe or Whop for payments, and Prodigi for print production and delivery. Your images and necessary order information may be processed in countries where these providers operate.

We send pet photographs to Higgsfield when that generation service is selected. Higgsfield may use submitted images and resulting artwork to improve its models unless a workspace training opt-out has taken effect. We disclose this in the upload form when an effective opt-out has not been confirmed. Submit only pet photos you are comfortable sharing for this purpose. Provider retention and upstream model processing remain subject to Higgsfield's API terms. We cannot promise immediate deletion from independent provider systems.

Private access

Your gallery uses a secret link and a secure session cookie. Anyone you give that link to may view the gallery. Customer photographs and high-resolution artwork are not public site assets. Limited-duration URLs let the AI and print providers retrieve the files they need.

Retention and deletion

By default, gallery access lasts 90 days and source photographs are eligible for deletion after 30 days once generation finishes. We retain active order assets until orders are resolved and retain accounting records as required by applicable law. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion. Backup and provider retention may differ.

Cookies and communications

Essential cookies maintain private galleries and administrator sessions. We send operational messages about portraits, payment, artwork approval, and shipment. Creating a gallery does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

Your choices

Do not upload photographs of identifiable people or material you lack permission to use. You can request revisions or deletion through support. For jurisdiction-specific access, portability, objection, or complaint rights, contact the configured store operator.
